Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Brandt Instruments QC1004937-PI-CPT4133 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Brooks-Automation products, including obsoleted and phased-out Brown-Pestell parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Digital product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Brooks-Automation such as the 2002001207 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VTB71B manufactured by Brown-Pestell and we are pleased to be able to service most Brown-Pestell systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SDC120KFA by Manufacturer Digital as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Browning Brand AB204B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Brown--Sharpe such as 601907BA751 equipment made by Brown--Sharpe have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Brown--Sharpe products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Brown--Sharpe" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CMX45CMX1T15PN2X made by Brooks-Automation as well as the popular 395316014 original spares produced by Bristol

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 900MWC by Branson and 601907BA751 spares by Brown--Sharpe are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original Model9760400 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bruce-Industrial-Controls.
