Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Bruel & Kjaer 4391,436 4384 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Cal-Controls products, including obsoleted and phased-out Brumley-South parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Cal-Controls product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Cal-Controls such as the 991129 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 398179652 manufactured by Brumley-South and we are pleased to be able to service most Brumley-South systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 99111C by Manufacturer Cal-Controls as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Oriental Brand BXD120AC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Bruel--Kjaer such as 4369 equipment made by Bruel--Kjaer have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bruel--Kjaer products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bruel--Kjaer" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CM1210 made by Cardinal as well as the popular 513215100 original spares produced by Burton

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 10000679 by Bystronic and 4369 spares by Bruel--Kjaer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SPJ6B450 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bussmann.
