Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LSX18 manufactured by Christensen and we are pleased to be able to service most Christensen systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 82502211R by Manufacturer Cognex as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Cardinal Brand 190A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Carotron such as P2F400021 equipment made by Carotron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Carotron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Carotron" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the N4S0T30 by Ckd and P2F400021 spares by Carotron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
