Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the California Alloy Co 4C4J4-E3-C60-GC-20-JT-B parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Canfield-Connector products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cutler-Hammer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Cutler-Hammer product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Canfield-Connector such as the 810000304 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1273AF2003 manufactured by Cutler-Hammer and we are pleased to be able to service most Cutler-Hammer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 13101ASQD05 by Manufacturer Cutler-Hammer as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Cutler-Hammer Brand E58CAL18T110D2E58 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Cognex such as DM200QL equipment made by Cognex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cognex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cognex" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available RT80240LF102C1147900001 made by Danaher as well as the popular 060G1145 original spares produced by Danfoss

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A0720GP by Csi and DM200QL spares by Cognex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VPP205 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Carlo-Ganazzi.
