Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Camco 902RDM16H32-270 RH RDM parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Di products, including obsoleted and phased-out Continental parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Dodge product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Di such as the 3051408 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the B004ELA6WI manufactured by Continental and we are pleased to be able to service most Continental systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 23QZ40H56 by Manufacturer Dodge as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Ckd Brand RGIS140004150S1F1X014583 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Continental such as 615L12 equipment made by Continental have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Continental products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Continental" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 23770 made by Chicago-Rawhide as well as the popular 136519 original spares produced by Cummins

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3HTDV5 by Chemineer and 615L12 spares by Continental are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RPP24008M50 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dayco.
