Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Canon BG4-6738 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Bodine products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bio-logic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Black-Box product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Bodine such as the 32A5BEPMW2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the B010153xx01 manufactured by Bio-logic and we are pleased to be able to service most Bio-logic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ACS253A by Manufacturer Black-Box as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Bodine Brand 42A4BEPM5L in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Bircher such as 1P16 equipment made by Bircher have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bircher products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bircher" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 472499 made by Blh-Electronic as well as the popular ESESPPIT original spares produced by Bl-Tow-Communications

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LMC7001AR2 by Black-Box and 1P16 spares by Bircher are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ESBAB0BS1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bircher.
