Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Carl Baasel SCU 220 / 90 A 014 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Cedes products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cedes parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Cedes product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Cedes such as the S400SCRF6NLF6ACD4F spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 100693USL800S24 manufactured by Cedes and we are pleased to be able to service most Cedes systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature S2SARF2IKH3ACD47 by Manufacturer Cedes as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Carlo-Gavazzi Brand EP1820PPAS1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Cel-chk such as X180 equipment made by Cel-chk have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cel-chk products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cel-chk" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available Cat864E06 made by Cattron as well as the popular PT80100255111120 original spares produced by Celesco

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 29147614 by Cegelec and X180 spares by Cel-chk are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
