Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Cd Automation CD3000S 1PH/2X10A/-/240V/NO/SSR/ZC/NF parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Chromalox products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cd-Automation parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Centric product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Chromalox such as the 1099 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CD3000S manufactured by Cd-Automation and we are pleased to be able to service most Cd-Automation systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 71015641011200 by Manufacturer Centric as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Checksum Brand 3800030 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Chicago-Pneumatic such as DPC322 equipment made by Chicago-Pneumatic have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
