Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Ce E-00000-411-606-1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ch-air products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cedar parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Cognex product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ch-air such as the CH063G spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DIW20 manufactured by Cedar and we are pleased to be able to service most Cedar systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 80500351 by Manufacturer Cognex as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Cognex Brand DM262QL in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ckd such as TPR4 equipment made by Ckd have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ckd products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ckd" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 2217402 made by Clansman-Dynamics as well as the popular XCA original spares produced by Ckd

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IS54031000 by Cognex and TPR4 spares by Ckd are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CG1100D03 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Chemglass.
