Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Cell Bioscience 011-306 Assembly 011-959 REV A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Pump products, including obsoleted and phased-out Chromalox parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Century product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Pump such as the Kl65 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 106055250043 manufactured by Chromalox and we are pleased to be able to service most Chromalox systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 7P56AB09D90C01 by Manufacturer Century as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Cemp-International Brand IP56 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Cincinatti-Milacron such as ACO5157752 equipment made by Cincinatti-Milacron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cincinatti-Milacron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cincinatti-Milacron" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 100654AB made by Chromatics as well as the popular MCT210BCFL2L3S2W original spares produced by Chem-aqua

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GF2014 by Century and ACO5157752 spares by Cincinatti-Milacron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MP401C1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cherokee-International.
