Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Charmilles products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cerus parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Cfd product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Charmilles such as the 852480CCUEXE spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BAS1 manufactured by Cerus and we are pleased to be able to service most Cerus systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 40XH200 by Manufacturer Cfd as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Cerutti Brand RE52042 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Chromalox such as ADH015 equipment made by Chromalox have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Chromalox products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Chromalox" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 3470990 made by Cincinnati as well as the popular 4244161 original spares produced by Cincinnati
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 4040SR0011 by Chromalox and ADH015 spares by Chromalox are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AR115KC Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Chromalox.
