Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Clark Sylvania KPMA-21 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Scheider-Electric products, including obsoleted and phased-out Westinghouse parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Fuji product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Scheider-Electric such as the LC1DT25BL spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the W11T manufactured by Westinghouse and we are pleased to be able to service most Westinghouse systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SC03Y by Manufacturer Fuji as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Westinghouse Brand GFR12E in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Potter-Brumfield such as P25P42A12P1 equipment made by Potter-Brumfield have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Potter-Brumfield products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Potter-Brumfield" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available NZMN1A100NA made by Klockner-Moeller as well as the popular TC1D9511B6 original spares produced by Shamrock

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PNOZmm0p by Pilz and P25P42A12P1 spares by Potter-Brumfield are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LEN01C003120A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens.
