Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Clipper 1300-9459-RUP parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Falk products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gusher parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Sumitomo product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Falk such as the 2060Y1LD spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1X210 manufactured by Gusher and we are pleased to be able to service most Gusher systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 20S1171C140 by Manufacturer Sumitomo as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Roba-stop-m Brand 20Nm in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Reeves such as 1951 equipment made by Reeves have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Reeves products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Reeves" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 2040FZ3A125 made by Falk as well as the popular 14mpc4326125 original spares produced by Tb-Woods

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 140SMF216 by Wittenstein and 1951 spares by Reeves are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2060Y2B1841 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Falk.
