Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Clipsal By Schneider Electric 5752PP/2R parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued De-sta-co products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cti-Electronics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Datalogic product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader De-sta-co such as the 8316 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M90P9N33B manufactured by Cti-Electronics and we are pleased to be able to service most Cti-Electronics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SRO11 by Manufacturer Datalogic as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Conrac Brand 24155ff in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Delphi such as ES10175 equipment made by Delphi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Delphi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Delphi" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 350113007 made by Crown as well as the popular 1351B6511 original spares produced by Cutler-Hammer

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 13104R6517 by Cutler-Hammer and ES10175 spares by Delphi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TS5451 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Daido.
