Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Cognex 821-0004-1R-gL8JV26G parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Comark products, including obsoleted and phased-out Computer-Power parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Cognex product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Comark such as the 5414406001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 122208 manufactured by Computer-Power and we are pleased to be able to service most Computer-Power systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 82100162R by Manufacturer Cognex as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Commander Brand SE11200037 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Compumotor such as S5751mo equipment made by Compumotor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Compumotor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Compumotor" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SN2879B1 made by Cone-Mount as well as the popular TT6A281B original spares produced by Computer-Wise

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PC603000R2 by Colorgraphic-Ommunication and S5751mo spares by Compumotor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
