Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Cognex CIC-2900 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Control-Vision products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cognex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Contrinex product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Control-Vision such as the CV512 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IS510011 manufactured by Cognex and we are pleased to be able to service most Cognex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FTS4155303 by Manufacturer Contrinex as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Cooper Brand FMVSY1000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Contrex such as 81000250 equipment made by Contrex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Contrex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Contrex" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available ED8400 made by Corbin as well as the popular NTM320CBNS0000 original spares produced by Control-Techniques

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ISS511000 by Cognex and 81000250 spares by Contrex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TAL Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Comau.
