Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Curtiss-Wright products, including obsoleted and phased-out Control-Techniques parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Csi-Kyb product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Curtiss-Wright such as the RTM6 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DXM6300W manufactured by Control-Techniques and we are pleased to be able to service most Control-Techniques systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 35506001 by Manufacturer Csi-Kyb as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Couth Brand MC2000T in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Concentric such as LACT81000B equipment made by Concentric have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Concentric products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Concentric" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PEX610MONC made by Compumotor as well as the popular XTL original spares produced by Copley
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A903BP45 by Cool-line and LACT81000B spares by Concentric are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
