Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Compumotor DM-1015B-115 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Control-Techniques products, including obsoleted and phased-out Control-Systems-Micristar parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Cutler product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Control-Techniques such as the 075U2C300BACAA075140 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 828D0020120112000 manufactured by Control-Systems-Micristar and we are pleased to be able to service most Control-Systems-Micristar systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 7DBA10AGA1XXX by Manufacturer Cutler as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Csi-Controls Brand RKDF230ACB in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Concentric such as LACT12P equipment made by Concentric have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Concentric products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Concentric" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 4505AC made by Com-trol as well as the popular 40002P003H original spares produced by Comsoft

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EBMC by Crouse-Hinds and LACT12P spares by Concentric are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
