Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Control Solutions AMJR-14-IP parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Amtek-Solid-State-Controls products, including obsoleted and phased-out Amphenol parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Andron product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Amtek-Solid-State-Controls such as the 80921265590 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 145A01 manufactured by Amphenol and we are pleased to be able to service most Amphenol systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PPU0001 by Manufacturer Andron as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Analog-Devices Brand 3BSERIES in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ams-Controls such as XL100SERIES equipment made by Ams-Controls have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ams-Controls products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ams-Controls" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MAB0301LS made by Andron as well as the popular KWD2 original spares produced by Amk

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 23MDSI306S0000 by Anaheim and XL100SERIES spares by Ams-Controls are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
