Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Control Systems Micristar 828-D00-201-201-120-00 828D0020120112000 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Micro-Motion products, including obsoleted and phased-out Microwave-Photonic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Micro-Memory product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Micro-Motion such as the FEFT284101 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MP2320RXMP2320RX manufactured by Microwave-Photonic and we are pleased to be able to service most Microwave-Photonic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 90630 by Manufacturer Micro-Memory as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Micro-Slides Brand A4080 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Miki such as 1211220 equipment made by Miki have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Miki products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Miki" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available GSO57EQD000 made by Micro-Design as well as the popular TR1R original spares produced by Micro

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MicroSwitchPhotoEyeCatalogFE7CFU2M by Micro-Switch and 1211220 spares by Miki are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
