Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Coreco XR-M130-18305 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Crystal-Technology products, including obsoleted and phased-out Contraves parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Crane product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Crystal-Technology such as the 1080LPAINO05 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A1520FAA1520 manufactured by Contraves and we are pleased to be able to service most Contraves systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 44010M10C by Manufacturer Crane as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Cosel Brand PMC302 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Crouzet such as 81532001 equipment made by Crouzet have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available 2599 made by Cti as well as the popular K256869EX302007B original spares produced by Cp-Advanced-Fastening-Systems

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6159170740 by Cp and 81532001 spares by Crouzet are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 901H2590EF Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cti.
