Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Crouse-hinds EXDS301A/24 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Rexroth products, including obsoleted and phased-out Beijer-Electronics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Indramat product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Rexroth such as the HVR022W025N spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MAC90 manufactured by Beijer-Electronics and we are pleased to be able to service most Beijer-Electronics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MDD090BN040N2L110PB0 by Manufacturer Indramat as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Electric Brand M3430MOD515A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Parker such as GS46987601L equipment made by Parker have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Parker products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Parker" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available L5300 made by Parker as well as the popular IVC3D21111 original spares produced by Sick

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MKD112B024KP0BN by Indramat and GS46987601L spares by Parker are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
