Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Cybelec NIC 201-04c parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Cyberex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cybelec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Cyberex product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Cyberex such as the PEL66102440 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HSY11313e manufactured by Cybelec and we are pleased to be able to service most Cybelec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 4109604482 by Manufacturer Cyberex as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Danaher-Controls Brand SAMPA40030E in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Daihen such as P10261Q equipment made by Daihen have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Daihen products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Daihen" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MVS4DACS4 made by Kistler as well as the popular MR02P255 original spares produced by Daikin

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LA50200A by Daido-Metal and P10261Q spares by Daihen are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original KS0G022CA10 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Daikin.
