Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Dayton products, including obsoleted and phased-out Amphenol parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Dayton product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Dayton such as the 5K674B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MS3106B2815P manufactured by Amphenol and we are pleased to be able to service most Amphenol systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 31TR89 by Manufacturer Dayton as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Dayton Brand 3M138A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Daytronic such as 3530XI equipment made by Daytronic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Daytronic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Daytronic" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 3HX77 made by Dayton as well as the popular DSCA3805 original spares produced by Dataforth
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PVX4140 by Dei and 3530XI spares by Daytronic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 122524DST703 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Datel.
