Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Dek 119943 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Delco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Delta-Tau parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Delta product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Delco such as the GM713M0NPEM100 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ACC24E2 manufactured by Delta-Tau and we are pleased to be able to service most Delta-Tau systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VFD055A43B by Manufacturer Delta as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Delavan Brand 41542B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Delta-Design such as PWA1691787502RevB equipment made by Delta-Design have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Delta-Design products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Delta-Design" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the UMAC603398105603397105 by Delta-Tau and PWA1691787502RevB spares by Delta-Design are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
