Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Bailey such as the IIMSM01 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SMDOPN manufactured by Square-D and we are pleased to be able to service most Square-D systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3HNE004421 by Manufacturer Abb as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Kinco Brand ET100 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Omron such as NT20SST121BV1 equipment made by Omron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Omron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Omron" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 150009651119 made by Cutler-Hammer as well as the popular LX15T original spares produced by Christensen
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the G55R by Qsi and NT20SST121BV1 spares by Omron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
