Our services for the Delem DAC360 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the DAC360 if necessary. Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Denex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dr.-Krohn--Stiller parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 De-sta-co-Robohand product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Denex such as the 51E2000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the E80535 manufactured by Dr.-Krohn--Stiller and we are pleased to be able to service most Dr.-Krohn--Stiller systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PST512 by Manufacturer De-sta-co-Robohand as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Delta Brand DOP103BQ in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Destaco such as 8216 equipment made by Destaco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Destaco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Destaco" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available VFD300B23A made by Delta as well as the popular 7750529 original spares produced by Denzel
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 77326A04 by Dmg-Mori and 8216 spares by Destaco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
