Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Demag KBA71B6 GEAR BOX- D04-B6-0-1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Dialogic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Festo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Denso product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Dialogic such as the AC6191AC6400NHW00512789A12217 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DFM50200PAGF manufactured by Festo and we are pleased to be able to service most Festo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 4101001572 by Manufacturer Denso as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Diamond Brand 351641B00A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Denko such as HC80 equipment made by Denko have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available TPRC51 made by Denso as well as the popular PS0ST03B original spares produced by Dengensha

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SZ12BXA by Digital and HC80 spares by Denko are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LCSPRO51M1000LCSPRO Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Denex.
