Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Dittel-systems products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dover-Flexo-Electronics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Duff-norton product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Dittel-systems such as the 872 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6RSF210012A manufactured by Dover-Flexo-Electronics and we are pleased to be able to service most Dover-Flexo-Electronics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M26243 by Manufacturer Duff-norton as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Duff-norton Brand MSPB64053 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Dover such as DMM1020 equipment made by Dover have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dover products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dover" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available VFN2222M3 made by Drivecon as well as the popular SP7420 original spares produced by Duff-Norton
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the F2BLT10108 by Dodge and DMM1020 spares by Dover are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M255412 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Duff-Norton.
