Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Directed Energy Inc. 5040-0200B & 5040-0203A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Bosch products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dmf-50262nf-fw-Lcd parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Dodge product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Bosch such as the 1070077600307DM4K1101DD64711 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DMF50262NFFW manufactured by Dmf-50262nf-fw-Lcd and we are pleased to be able to service most Dmf-50262nf-fw-Lcd systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature Q200Y040N056LK by Manufacturer Dodge as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Ge-Fanuc Brand 354001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Dodge such as MR94753L1BBCKC equipment made by Dodge have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 234027502 by Discrete and MR94753L1BBCKC spares by Dodge are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
