Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Doerr 60388-A JI parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Dukane products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dupont-howson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Dolan product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Dukane such as the 40AT0602F spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HA0856085299 manufactured by Dupont-howson and we are pleased to be able to service most Dupont-howson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SS50010204 by Manufacturer Dolan as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Dropsa Brand 3902074 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Dtc such as 3SSX8612M64 equipment made by Dtc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dtc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dtc" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available BA9053 made by Dold as well as the popular 2132921414 original spares produced by Domino

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1990C1XLS1 by Dresser and 3SSX8612M64 spares by Dtc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 25DF0S3B145000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Drc.
