Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Doerr M2305-E1227-BT parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Dong-Jin-Djmc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Drew parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Dresser product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Dong-Jin-Djmc such as the DSP3AHS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EzDS2011051 manufactured by Drew and we are pleased to be able to service most Drew systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 7E32045ZB by Manufacturer Dresser as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Dunkenmotoren Brand DR620X802ASTO in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Double-A such as QG5C10A3 equipment made by Double-A have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Double-A products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Double-A" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SMA652050HS001J made by Dover as well as the popular Model5D11R original spares produced by Durant

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BG65X25PI by Dunkenmotoren and QG5C10A3 spares by Double-A are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 4158 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dura.
