Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Dr-vab33 VARIOCON 22.QH , DR-VAB33 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Viatran products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mitsubishi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Varvel product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Viatran such as the 3405BMGX292 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the aj35ptf32d manufactured by Mitsubishi and we are pleased to be able to service most Mitsubishi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SRT04040G3P1905 by Manufacturer Varvel as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Veeder-Root Brand 166716006 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Vee-Arc such as PC7000404038 equipment made by Vee-Arc have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PC7000U10404039L by Vee-Arc and PC7000404038 spares by Vee-Arc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GIO100 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Vibco.
