Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Dr. Johannes Heidenhain VRZ-183-A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Johnson-Controls products, including obsoleted and phased-out Jrc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Joslyn-Clark product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Johnson-Controls such as the NUNCM2000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NAH10131B manufactured by Jrc and we are pleased to be able to service most Jrc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HP05U03 by Manufacturer Joslyn-Clark as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Kearney Brand 12123402REV in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Jscc such as 100YT200GV22 equipment made by Jscc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Jscc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Jscc" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available VRZ183A made by Dr.-Johannes-Heidenhain as well as the popular MIS231A1M2H275 original spares produced by Jvl

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the JANCDMM213 by Yaskawa and 100YT200GV22 spares by Jscc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original C00431 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer John-Crane.
