Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Endress-Hauser such as the TH138A11A3CBP1AK spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CMK10MFS manufactured by Gefran and we are pleased to be able to service most Gefran systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 540MR by Manufacturer Dvt as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Torque Brand 05113400501 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Emerson such as 24680504CVV equipment made by Emerson have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Emerson products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Emerson" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 323502 made by Fischer as well as the popular EXII31D original spares produced by Grecon
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FDU93PN3A by Endress-Hauser and 24680504CVV spares by Emerson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
