Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Duff-norton M3465-7 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Dymotron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dytran parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Eaton product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Dymotron such as the HB380 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 4120 manufactured by Dytran and we are pleased to be able to service most Dytran systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature E101B25D3A by Manufacturer Eaton as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Eaton Brand AN59DN0B5G005 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by E-Drive-Design such as EA6S equipment made by E-Drive-Design have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire E-Drive-Design products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "E-Drive-Design" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CN15KN3E made by Eaton as well as the popular HC62536000101 original spares produced by Dynapar

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DILM6522 by Eaton and EA6S spares by E-Drive-Design are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M7TD Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dynics.
