Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Dura-drive Plus VDE-530 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Boston products, including obsoleted and phased-out Reliance parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Us-Motor product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Boston such as the V95000B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the T56S1010A manufactured by Reliance and we are pleased to be able to service most Reliance systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature U10P2D by Manufacturer Us-Motor as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Kollmorgen Brand TTR293604201DG40L in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Yaskawa such as USAFED13FS2 equipment made by Yaskawa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Yaskawa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Yaskawa" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available USAREM02CMA43 made by Yasakawa as well as the popular TLYA130THJ64AA original spares produced by Allen-Bradley

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VBM3546TD by Baldor and USAFED13FS2 spares by Yaskawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TS3409N206 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tamagawa.
