Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Dwyer TTE-118-LCD parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Endress--Hauser products, including obsoleted and phased-out Eltrotec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Dynapar product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Endress--Hauser such as the CM330 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CLSK31 manufactured by Eltrotec and we are pleased to be able to service most Eltrotec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 78CF180SP by Manufacturer Dynapar as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Dynisco Brand G83000020M in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Encoder such as 260NT09SRPP1SMJFB1N equipment made by Encoder have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FTM31A4BB11 by Endress--Hauser and 260NT09SRPP1SMJFB1N spares by Encoder are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
