Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Eagle Signal HP518S32 6A6 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Edwards products, including obsoleted and phased-out Eurotherm parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Eurotherm product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Edwards such as the 50CAN540WH spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TC8D manufactured by Eurotherm and we are pleased to be able to service most Eurotherm systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2204NSVHRFXXXMXXAU91 by Manufacturer Eurotherm as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Modicon Brand ASM480008 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ni such as PCI1409 equipment made by Ni have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ni products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ni" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available IC600PM500K made by Fanuc as well as the popular NP1Y16T09P6 original spares produced by Fuji-Electric

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6T200A3B by Marathon and PCI1409 spares by Ni are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
