Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Eaton C2-9972-03 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Encoder products, including obsoleted and phased-out Flowline parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Efector product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Encoder such as the 725ISS3600RHV5F1SXNN spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LP151402 manufactured by Flowline and we are pleased to be able to service most Flowline systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SID10ADBFPKGUS by Manufacturer Efector as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Efector Brand SI1001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Elap such as E6201005R8LD5V equipment made by Elap have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Elap products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Elap" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available EPD120240YT made by Erico as well as the popular E606CHNFSS6 original spares produced by Electromate

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FMI51A1NTDJB1C1A by Endress--Hauser and E6201005R8LD5V spares by Elap are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
