Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Efector products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fischer--Porter parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Eh product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Efector such as the KI5207 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AK02D32 manufactured by Fischer--Porter and we are pleased to be able to service most Fischer--Porter systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FTM31F4BB11 by Manufacturer Eh as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Endress--Hauser Brand FTM30A4BB in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Enercon such as LM24501 equipment made by Enercon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Enercon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Enercon" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PN3220 made by Efector as well as the popular FTL203325 original spares produced by Endress--Hauser
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FTM31A4BB11 by Endress--Hauser and LM24501 spares by Enercon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FMC1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fmc.
