Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Electro such as the VUM800 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LC401001CSA manufactured by Flowline and we are pleased to be able to service most Flowline systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FCCFBM6DFCBAFM005 by Manufacturer Flex-Cable as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Flowline Brand LP151402 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Festo such as 534063 equipment made by Festo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Festo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Festo" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available OPT13FBOW made by Efector as well as the popular LSC1120 original spares produced by Endress--Hauser
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ET2040 by Electro-optics and 534063 spares by Festo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
