Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Electra-gear 7715450-UK parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sumitomo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Grove parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Lightnin product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sumitomo such as the BHHJN10AY spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BMQ8265056L manufactured by Grove and we are pleased to be able to service most Grove systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 7888Q by Manufacturer Lightnin as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Fanuc Brand A06B0512B704 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Twin such as A4661 equipment made by Twin have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Twin products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Twin" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available C350T015NS1 made by Dodge as well as the popular 9AAS200R401 original spares produced by Radicon

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CHHJS4166DC595 by Sumitomo and A4661 spares by Twin are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 90321100 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nord.
