Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Electro Craft 652-006-204 E652 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Emergency-Power-Engineering products, including obsoleted and phased-out Electro-Craft parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Electromatic product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Emergency-Power-Engineering such as the 50027500B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PRO150 manufactured by Electro-Craft and we are pleased to be able to service most Electro-Craft systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EMBCT23 by Manufacturer Electromatic as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Electronic-Control-Systems Brand MT105C1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Electrox such as 5975177 equipment made by Electrox have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Electrox products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Electrox" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available DPP24352002 made by Electro-Craft as well as the popular KEYPADTM02 original spares produced by Emco

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 70017841 by Electroscale and 5975177 spares by Electrox are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ES50S20A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Eltex.
