Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Elo ET1747L-7SWF-1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Emerson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Wer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Fisher-Rosemount product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Emerson such as the MKE079W7C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 10744 manufactured by Wer and we are pleased to be able to service most Wer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1151DP4S52B1 by Manufacturer Fisher-Rosemount as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Elotech Brand R1020 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Fisher-Rosemount such as 3051TG1A2B21AS1B4Q4 equipment made by Fisher-Rosemount have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 0278340401 by Emerson and 3051TG1A2B21AS1B4Q4 spares by Fisher-Rosemount are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
