Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Elpac ES300-24 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Emerson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Emerson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Fisher-Rosemount product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Emerson such as the H30003400123 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2201CD manufactured by Emerson and we are pleased to be able to service most Emerson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1151DP3S12 by Manufacturer Fisher-Rosemount as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Deltav Brand KJ1710X1BA1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sola such as 2828243 equipment made by Sola have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sola products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sola" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 735600128 made by Emerson as well as the popular 0303100010002 original spares produced by Fisher-Rosemount

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the F015 by Emerson and 2828243 spares by Sola are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original H1E3D62052ZJC3 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Emerson.
