Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Endress & Hauser 43059876 TST44N-CD3ARA parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Engel products, including obsoleted and phased-out Engel parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Envirotronics product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Engel such as the 022036409 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ERC332SEOA manufactured by Engel and we are pleased to be able to service most Engel systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 12011 by Manufacturer Envirotronics as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Enerpac Brand RCS502 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Esab such as 38310 equipment made by Esab have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Esab products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Esab" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TMU325D made by Epson as well as the popular ASMHD0138GXX original spares produced by Environment-One

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PMC51FA21JD1PGBRLJAAAJA by Endress--Hauser and 38310 spares by Esab are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VSLS50X Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ero.
