Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Endress & Hauser 83F80-EACS5MR3 BBDN+ parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Kollmorgen products, including obsoleted and phased-out Epson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Enkel product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Kollmorgen such as the 310M12A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the XM304610LN manufactured by Epson and we are pleased to be able to service most Epson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 18306577 by Manufacturer Enkel as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Enkel Brand 18208729 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Erea such as TG24V3A480 equipment made by Erea have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Erea products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Erea" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SINUST3 made by Es-Electronica as well as the popular LM356001 original spares produced by Enercon

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BRB6809 by Wintek and TG24V3A480 spares by Erea are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AM10010 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Esitron-Am.
