Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Endress & Hauser 83S40-AAAZAAACBAAA parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Frost-Controls products, including obsoleted and phased-out Entek-Ird parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Endress--Hauser product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Frost-Controls such as the DULCMP1118112 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 44445 manufactured by Entek-Ird and we are pleased to be able to service most Entek-Ird systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PTP35A1A13PSDB4APTP35A1A13PSDB4A by Manufacturer Endress--Hauser as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Fisher Brand 846 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Erdco such as 342312T511 equipment made by Erdco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Erdco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Erdco" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CA203125 made by Fms as well as the popular EGT25000C1096 original spares produced by Euchner

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MMG036IN7AT40020 by Eugene-Ernst-Products and 342312T511 spares by Erdco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ST54825 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Gems.
