Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Endress & Hauser E9040E16000 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Microswitch products, including obsoleted and phased-out Imo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Spang product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Microswitch such as the FFSB14ER08KS2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the G7MDR20A manufactured by Imo and we are pleased to be able to service most Imo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HA2Z1130023 by Manufacturer Spang as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has North-American Brand H6600BFR01 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mannesman-Rexroth-Siemens such as G26004A3118P110 equipment made by Mannesman-Rexroth-Siemens have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IC693PWR321 by Fanuc and G26004A3118P110 spares by Mannesman-Rexroth-Siemens are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HED43B025 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens.
